Unfortunately, the Joetec advert banners use iframe tags and this is not part of HTML3.2 Other than that, the rest of the site conforms. So I have only placed the W3C icon onto the index page, as it does not have any of the non conforming banners. Also the Extreme Tracking stats have been removed, I should have done this ages ago, as the stats provided by my hosting is sufficient. Let me explain. As you all know, from looking at the old news, the galleries and individual pictures (href = and img src=) are generated on the fly. So there is no need to edit hundreds of .htm pages. Now I have extended the idea to the index gallery. All of the names, start, end and other information have been entered into a MySQL database. And using PHP I can now dynamically generate the entire index gallery as well. So what's the benefit? I have complete control over the layout of the links, pictures, cels etc, Without having to retype existing information. So with a few simple changes to the code, the whole page layout can be altered. I can add new pictures just by changing a few numbers in the database. The index is now in first name alphabetical order. Which can be changed to any other order, should the fancy take me! There are still 4 cells per row, but again this can change with just one number being altered. The submissions are now integrated into the main index. Where there are my own pictures and submissions for the same person, there is now one access point. But the galleries are still separate. So I decided to pay for some proper hosting. After searching, I found www.ukspace4u.co.uk I took out their "Business Hosting" package. Some of the features are a little excessive for my needs, But they have what I want. 400mb of space, 7gb bandwidth per month, php, .com All of the pictures are on the new site, except the thumbnails, These will still be on my isp webspace. This is to keep the bandwidth down. One big change is, all of the pictures are displayed using only 4 separate html pages. 2 for the main indexes, 1 for the celeb individual index, 1 for the single picture chosen. The <href> and <img src> are generated "on the fly". So I don't need to edit loads of separate files to update the pictures. I could have used just 1 file and not 4, but I couldn't be bothered! I have decided to put advertising onto the site. This is an experiment to see if I can generate some income! If it does not then the ads will go away.
